When integrated with third-party developer platforms, including TikTok, the Application is registered under the name Innovative Media Agency. By using AutoPost, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

To provide scheduling and posting functionality across various social media platforms, we collect the following:

  • Authentication Data: We use official OAuth protocols (such as TikTok Login Kit) to obtain secure access tokens.
  • Profile Information: We may store basic profile data (such as account nicknames, handle, and avatars) from connected social media platforms to ensure content is delivered to the correct destination.
  • Content Assets: We temporarily store video files, images, captions, and scheduling metadata on our secure servers to facilitate automated publishing.

2. Use of Data

  • Platform Functionality: We use platform-specific API scopes (e.g., TikTok's video.upload and video.publish) exclusively to deliver approved content to linked accounts at a scheduled time.
  • Internal Tracking: We log posting history and status updates for internal audit, performance monitoring, and client reporting purposes.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

  • No Selling: We do not sell, rent, or trade any user or platform data to third parties.
  • Service Providers: Data is hosted on secure private servers and is only accessible to authorized Innovative Media Agency employees for the purpose of managing client content.

4. Data Retention and Revocation

  • Token Management: Access tokens are stored securely and encrypted.
  • User Control: Authorised users can disconnect a social media platform at any time via the AutoPost dashboard. Disconnecting a platform will immediately purge the associated OAuth tokens and relevant connection metadata from our database.
